PRISM 2025: A Bright Moment for Private Company Governance

Two weeks have passed since PRISM 2025 wrapped in Anaheim, and the energy from the conference is still resonating across our community. Over 260 members gathered at the Disneyland® Resort Hotel for three days of immersive programming, collegial networking, and conversations shaping the future of private company governance.

This year’s agenda illuminated some of the most timely topics in the boardroom, from AI oversight to strengthening board impact, preparing for board service, and navigating the unique dynamics of family-owned companies, ESOPs, and PE portfolio boards. Attendees consistently praised the depth and practicality of the insights shared in keynotes, breakout sessions, and Masterclasses.
